Dolly Parton's new album dropped yesterday. (Don't you love how I used the industry term of dropping?) The name of the album is Backwoods Barbie, and it is fan-freakin-tastic. It is very old school country. I love, love, love it. I have been listening to it non-stop since I downloaded it yesterday. Woo hoo!
Also, I'm down to one more e-mail and three visits to make and I will be finished!!! Ahhhh yeah! I can hardly stand it. With my new haircut and my quickly decreasing responsibilities I'm already feeling lighter.

How funny- I just finished reading a Newsweek review for this cd and not five minutes later, I look to see Dixie's new post and it's another review for the same cd. You and the Newsweek reviewer apparently have the same taste, as well, as you both had nothing but good things to say about Dolly.
Hannah is a loyal Hannah Montana fan and when Dolly is on there as the aunt, she's always like -- Mom, she's so southern. And then I go and tell how wickedly famous she is too and she's quite impressed that there is a connection between her show and my life.
I'm enjoying the new Dolly album as well. Only a slight moment of panic when track #3 started. I was like "sweet lord, is this a Milli Vanilli remake!?!"
I calmed down enough to realize it was fine young cannibals....I'll let it pass, since its Dolly and all.
